Appointment Policies
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We require a 72-hour notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
- A deposit is required in order to book an appointment.
- If your cancellation/reschedule is due to an emergency or COVID, please contact our shop manager, Skye, and she will work with you and the shop owner to come up with the best plan forward.
